SOLD DAMAGED TV, NO FEEDBACK for more than a MONTH?!!GAME STORES IS UNPROFESSIONAL, *************, UNRELIABLE, WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

<p>On 2 October 2016 I bought 55 INCH TELEFUNKEN LED TV, for CASH!!! from GAME BOKSBURG, which was on special for R4999.</p> <p>When I bought the TV it was the LAST ONE ON THE FLOOR, on Display and it wasNOT IN A BOX and NOT EVEN WRAPPED IN PLASTIC when given to me.</p> <p>Just given to me as is!! picked up and put in my car!!</p> <p>Because it was the last one and the special was ending, I took the TV. </p> <p>The first time I switched on the TV I realised there were 3 lines on the top right handside of the screen.</p> <p>I then took in the TV expecting that they would give me a new one.</p> <p>When I got to the store they told me they didnt have stock and they would take ot in for repairs. Giving them the benefit of doubt, I agreed.</p> <p>ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CALL FROM GAME.</p> <p>I HAVE TO DO THE FOLLOW UPS, WHICH THEY DONT EVEN COME BACK TO ME.</p> <p>I AM FUMMING AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!</p> <p>I DO NOT WANT THAT TV ANYMORE AS GAME STORES IS UNPROFESSIONAL, *************, UNRELIABLE, WITH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!</p> <p>I WANT MY MONEY BAC****</p> <p>I WILL GO SUPPORT ANOTHER STORE THAT CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!</p> <p>I WORK FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY AND THIS WOULD BE TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE IN OUR COMPANY!! I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS TO THERE.. I WANT MY MONEY!!!</p> <p>IF GAME DOES NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK I WILL GO TO CONSUMER GOOD AND SERVICES OMBUD AND TAKE IT FURTHER.</p> <p>DONT EVEN BOTHER CONVINCING ME TO TAKE THE TV, I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!</p>
