Sold damaged printer as new printer

I went into Game Boksburg this morning to purchase a Canon printer that was on promo, to be told by a salesperson that they have a cheaper model that has exactly the same features as the printer that was on promo, and that it was my lucky day as they had 1 left in stock.

When I got home and started setting up this printer, to my dismay, the printer was damaged. There were scratches on the inside of the printer, where the ink cartridges are placed. The connecters where the ink cartridges go were missing.

After the day that I have had, this is the final straw!!! Totally unacceptable that Game sells customer returned damaged items to customers. Now I need to travel back to Game at my own expense to rectify this.

This is not the 1st time that I have received terrible service from this Branch of Game, so NO MORE!!!

I want to know how you are going to rectify this problem without incurring more cost or inconvenience to me.
