Sold an open pack of cigarettes

Yesterday (16/01/16) I purchased a Malboro beyond Gold pack of cigarettes from the till opposite the express till in the game gateway branch. The counter employee was too busy to serve customers as she was doing her own thing. I asked for a beyond red and was told theres no stock so I took the last beyond gold paid for the product and put it in the plastic bag my mother had purchased when she purchased her stuff from game aswell. Upon going out later I noticed the pack did not have its clear seal over and that the pack had been missing 2 cigarettes. Being away from gateway at this point I felt it was abit petty to drive all the way back for just 2 cigarettes however I was not given a brand new pack that I rightfully paid for and if I am correct, im sure game does not sell individual cigarettes to customers. I advise that you look into your exployees behaviour at these till points as they could be *****ing from these packs and selling them to unsuspecting customers such as myself.
