Soda Stream Gas

We bought a 30 litre soda stream gas at Game Jabulani Mall on the 13/02/2015 instead of 60 litre not aware that the Soda machine I have only uses 60 litre so returned it for the correct one 60 litre not used cause it did not work so obvious it's still new, the plastic that sealed the lid was removed becouse we were checking if it's working saw that it's not working returned it today at game cheeky ,unprofessional and *********** to work at customer serviceEllen Masondo told me unable to take it back reason becouse plastic was removed from lid, but explain it was not used she insisted that she won't take it. So now it's my loss of R180.00 ask her if she's sure of what she's saying she made sure I don't get help I needed fail to understand if she knows her role in that department at Customer Service. Very disappointed with the service from Ellen Masondo if you know what is good for business Game Store remove her and place her at the back of the floor or she must do merchandising once, please rectify this and get back to me R180 is a lot of money to loose just like that
