So you just don't do anything about it?

I went to Game about 5 weeks ago when they advertised earrings (studs) with free ear piercing. Much to my dissapointment and disgust, the lady I asked to enquire about it, didn't even know what I was talking about. I had to show her the catalog. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE EAR PIERCING SERVICES. I confronted the manager and he wasn't much help either. He told me that I already have my ears pierced. Why would I want more? I went back yesterday and they STILL hadn't registered my complaint. They'd simply left it. Could they not train someone to do ear piercing? Are they too lazy? Poor advertising. Poor management. Shopping there simply isn't worth it anymore.
