So many problems

I visited Game Groblersdal on 2015/12/06 and what a disappointment it was yet again. I asked for a promoted products, not on shelves. One of the staff told me it was out of stock, I asked was it sold out or do you still have to receive it , she just tell me check on Monday. That is not is not a answer!! Then I wanted to buy Tevo Vac Bags, asked the lady working for Tevo where it is because not on shelves. She doesn't know what I am talking about. After an explanation from me what the product does, she just tell me it is out of stock. I ask how can it be out of stock for a month, as I previously checked for it. She has no other answer than \out of stock". Instead of actually learning what the products are that they are selling"
