SO DISSAPOINTED

Bought a Samsung double door fridge at Game Secunda after few months it had some funny noise,they gave me a contact details of Samsung in Standerton this technicians have been coming to my house trying to fix but they are so *********** and i am tired of calling their offices can somebody help me their excuse was load shedding we dont have load shedding so whats with the noise???Game help me
