Smart TV not certified

I bought a 55" smart Telefunken on the Game website on the 24th of November 2017, I can not watch movies on apps due to the device not be certified. On the box and website when buying the Tv it stats that it has a Android 4.4.4 OS, I would like my TV to be certified as that is what I paid for. Please Resolve this issue ASAP
