Small Cooking Appliance... do you know what it even looks like???????

I bought a deep fryer online on 26 April, but after reading the reviews I deeply regret it. I phoned customer service, finally when they answered I was informed that this doesn’t apply to their new essentials list. I went and checked their new list. It states that small appliances including cooking appliances, cookware and catering equipment is included. So how does a 3L deep fryer, that is not built-in or a stove or decorative not included on the new list?
