Slip print for broken washing machine still in warranty

My washing machine DEFY DTL 149 broke which I bought from Game Kollonade on laybuy. It is still under 3 year warranty

However, I don't have the slip anymore so I went to Game Kollonade to get my slip reprinted for it to be repaired by DEFY but they couldn't help me

It is still basically brand new just want Game to help me because I dont have the slip or money to fix it
