Just had an online chat with Sinovuyo, one of your staff members who is supposed to be assisting clients.

Zero customer service, I asked her a question and she decides to answer her own nonsense and because of that I will no longer be using your services.

They should learn a thing or two from Miway when it comes to how you engage clients.

I'm really disappointed tjrrrrr, matter of fact I'm annoyed then she just ends the chat. It's equivalent to someone hanging up on me and that is unacceptable behavior.
