Sinotec has the worst after sales service - Stay Away

We purchased a Sinotec washing machine from Games Galleria some time back and taken the extended warranty. We recently experienced problems with the washing machine and called games several times to advise. Games said that they have escalated the issue with Sinotec, and the service agent will contact us, it has gone more than a month awaiting a call from them.We are tired calling Games and complaining , GAMES SORT THE ISSUES, WITH YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER, DONT MAKE IT OURS. DONT MAKE EXCUSES, DUE TO THE COVID.... we paid your for the extended warranty......
