Simple statement (Not a Settlement amount)

Been struggling for the past month to get a statement from Game, they deduct R46 every month and this seems to never stop.......

Called them no answer, went to the store....system off line and was told to email them....... So i emailed them asking for a statement (Not a Settlement amount)...... so i only received and email stating

"Your settlement amount is R 41.70"

Followed by

"Dear Customer, did you know that you can check your balance, available credit and instalment due on your GAME card account simply SMS your card number to 31102 OR register for Self-Service via https://rcs.co.za/partner/game or https://rcs.co.za/partner/dionwired or by downloading the App from your app store"

So from my deductions my account would have been paid up for more than a Year and was never closed or informed of this so each month they just make up charges and deduct it from my account

Think its time the ombudsman pays them a visit as their robbing the people blind.... Would like to see this resolved ASPA
