Sihle needs to learn customer service

<p>I have a faulty kracher that i took in to game Richardsbay for a check, firstly the service i receieved was disgusting, they sent a guy that assembles biycleyes to come and test the machine, the machine clearly has a fault, secondly i donot have a slip, we ,moved to richardsbay, Sihle was very un professional in the manner he respnded to me, I wanited almost 1 hour and still no help came out of the situation, I eventually left the kracher in the shop, i want the manaager higher to slove my qeury, and a meeting set up as to why game rochardsbay treats their customers in this way</p>
