Sick of empty promises, game lies

Game advised defy needs to credit my account for my washing machine which clearly has a fault but defy insists there is nothing wrong with it.

They cannot even explain the videos as to why the machine cuts off while spinning.

I will never ever in my life purchase and defy appliance or any appliance from Game as the service I received is bull****.

I only get empty promises but nothing is ever done
