SICK OF BATTLING SINCE DECEMBER

<p>Hi took out a cellphone contract with Game Tygervalley in December, a dual deal. funny thing is that i only had my second sim card activated in january!! after how many phone calls. the issue of the airtime i did not get in December because the sim was not active was sorted out fast but also took a complaint to get it done.</p> <p>then i received an sms from vodacom that i will be billed a second activation fee. phoned vodacom and they said the issue is with game. phoned game and they said they will sort it out immediately. so i was called back by game and told that it has been sorted out.</p> <p>so on saturday i receive an sms from vodacom that my debit order for the second connection fee came back unpaid. so how was it sorted out !! how i have extra bank charges because of this debit that was never supposed to even be on my contract as i read my contract and it CLEARLY STATES THAT ONLY 1 CONNECTION FEE WILL BE CHARGED. </p> <p>I am sick of these games that have been going on since December. it was the worst decision of my life to take a cellphone contract with Game!!</p>
