Sick and Tired

This has really been an unpleasant journey regarding a flat screen tv my das bought in december from game...The manager (that has left in the meantime)took the tv back to the suppliers and when i followed up recently i was told by my parents they were called by game to fetch the tv...but guess what?Its still broken!!!How in anybodys right mind can you pay for something thats not working!!!And on top of that my mom and dad bought a fridge by them at the same time!!!The tv was left with them for about 2-3hours after it was bought because of transport...We will not fetch a tv that doesnt work...I would rather let my parents give the fridge also back and get the money back because this is not working for me...This matter needs to be resolved asap!!!So Game promanade SORT this out pls because you cant be playing games with pensioners!!!
