Shortage of parts on Logik TV mount

I recently bought a Logik TV mount from Game Keywest & after installing it, it does not have the brackets for using the lock, so my TV is just hanging on the wall without the brackets to lock it, sad thing is that it is going to be another difficult mission to take it of the wall & assemble the parts again & take it back to Game :-(
