Short stock on black Friday

Every thing on sale there was short combo short drinks not there other items finished but they say they have a week long sale.

If you have a sale of combo rice, sugar and flour you make suer you got enough if it's 4pallets then 4 pallets of each not that you bring more sugar than rice. What I saw there was shocking poor planning and managing.
