Shopping At Game

On Tuesday, November 28th, 2023, my wife and I had a terrible experience at Game located in Clearwater Mall. We were looking for some assistance to find a particular item, but unfortunately, there were no staff members in sight. After wandering around, we eventually stumbled upon a man in the outdoor/camping section, who we assumed was just another shopper since he was not wearing a Game uniform.

After walking all the way from the section we were in to the front desk, we asked someone using the intercom/walkie talkie to call someone who could help us. To our surprise, it was the same gentleman from the outdoor/camping section who had seen us looking for help but never bothered to assist us. It was quite a distance for me to walk as I am currently using crutches.

To make matters worse, the air conditioning was not working, and the shop was uncomfortably hot. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and the service at Game in Clearwater Mall was certainly not up to par.
