Shoddy service

I bought a dishwasher from Game in October. It too me a few weeks to attend to the plumbing as I was tied up with another matter. The machine comes on but does not work. I checked the water and electrical connections a few times. They work well. I called Game on Monday 24.11.2025 and brought this to their attention. They asked for the serial number. I indicated to them I could could not locate it. Game asked for photographs of all stickers. I e.mailed them to Game. I am still waiting for a technician to attend to my problem despite repeated calls to Game. The staff at Game do not ever return calls. I called game again today and spoke to a lady by the name of Lindokhle and was told that Hisense require the serial number. I stressed that I could not locate it and that I had sent the pictures of the stickers to Game as requested. She then indicated that she would get a person by the name of Lukholo to call me as he was dealing with the matter. I spoke to him two days ago and he promised to call me back. He did not do so. The staff at Game are absolutely useless.
