Shockingly great service from Game so far...

It's surreal for me to be COMPLEMENTING GAME Stores employees! After the horrid service I got ftom Game Alberton City & their warehouse last year June. I'd bought an 18kg Hisense "Smart" washing machine then and had spent my whole Saturday there! Long story short the machine didn't live up to expectations. It's inefficient and wastes water unnecessarily. I dreaded contacting Game as I didn't want to deal with their rude staff. Yesterday I caved and called their Customer care *** & spoke to the Professional, Deligjtful agent ****hka. She has been nothing but exemplary! She called me back to advise she'd received my email. Her courteous superior called me as well to confirm. Then today I got a call from their team manager also following up! All 3 were either Indian or Coloured. With Game NOW EMPLOYING other nationalities, NOT just Africans I see a change for the bettet. Most BEE employees at Gsme are RUDE & LAZY! With few exceptions like Justice Matsaba
