Shocking service from Game

I ordered a new cell phone online on 26 June. After a month of waiting for delivery, two emails and a phone call to their Customer Service line, I received an email (26 July) saying that my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. Just like that. And after a phone call to their Customer Service line (again) to figure out what on earth is going on, I am told that I have to wait the customary 3-5 days for the refund. I mean that's fine if I had cancelled the order, but they cancelled it. It's just shocking service all round. I will certainly NEVER buy anything from Game online again.
