Shocking service from Game

I ordered the Trojan Home Gym on Black Friday special on the 12 November. Received an email on the 13 November to say it is delayed. I just called them now on the 25 November to be told there is no stock. I had to contact them over 2 weeks later. The website shows 7 in stock but all they can say is we will refund you. Absolutely shocking service. I will be sure never to order anything from Game stores.
