Shocking service from Calvin the manager at the Game store in Gateway!!

Absolutely shocking service from Calvin the manager at the Game store in Gateway Mall in Durban. I had order online and elected an in store pick up. After having received the pick up code and email confirming that my order was ready for pick up, I went to the store but the store gave me absolutely shocking service as no one could help track this order and was turned back with out assistance only to find that the phone was actually there and ready! Even after my continuous follow ups with the online customer care and the actual store itself for the whole week, I was just sent from pillar to post! This has left a bad customer experience from Game and I'm sure not to ever buy from them again!
