Shocking Service!

I purchased a TV on Black Friday, which was delivered on Tuesday the 3rd December and after turning it on, the TCL logo remained on the screen and the TV would not work, even after following all the instructions in the manual. I logged a support ticket on the 4th December and received a response requesting the serial number, date of deliver, address and purchase details, which were provided the same day in a response email.

Since this communication, I have not yet received a single response, either via email, Whatsapp or telephonicaly from anyone at Game. I have contacted the Support desk daily since Monday 10th December and still no-one can tell me what Game are going to do about either fixing or replacing my TV. Each time I call in, I'm told I will receive a response within 24 to 48 hours! This is odd as I haven't received a single communication from them for nine days!

Game's support service is shocking and unacceptable. You spend hard earned money on a product and Game can't be bothered to contact you, after having been notified about the DOA TV, nine days ago.

This is a absolutely shocking service!

I received a call on Sunday morning (12 days after logging the fault) requesting me to supply them with a photograph of my TV displaying the stuck logo on the screen. there are plenty of pictures like this on the internet but I had to take a picture of my TV. It's now Tuesday and still no further feedback on what Game is going to do to repair or replace my brand new, faulty, 75" TV, after having logged a support call, 14 days ago! Not good enough Game!!

Game! Having been promised a call by a senior agent, which has not been fulfilled, I once again contacted Game Support and hearing the same feedback (we're waiting to hear back from the supplier) the Support person stated she was unable to put me through to a supervisor or manager as none of them were available, so I requested she ask them to call me within 30 minutes. After waiting for two and a half hours without a response, I felt this issue should be updated on Hello Peter and elsewhere on social media. Their responses to me on Hellopeter have not occured so I would like to challenge Game and request they publish, on Hellopeter, any and all their responses to me. Why does an organisation like Game not have the courtesy to pick up the phone and talk to an unhappy customer going through this experience? It's such a simple service ethic that Game unfathomably, can't seem to do! Shocking!

It's now 27 days since receiving my faulty TV and logging a Support call. Today, Samsung came to check the TV was in fact displaying a TCL logo on the screen and within less than five minutes advised that the TV motherboard will need to be replaced - and then they left. So now I await a call from Game to advise me what they are going to do about replacing this brand new 75" faulty TV. Interestingly, I've been getting surveys from Game about their support, which makes me think they have closed off this support ticket, even though the TV is still faulty!
