Shocking service at Game the Glen

Went to Game the Glen today regarding advertised devices. We approached a lady who had a visitor sticker for help and she called someone else, the lady arrived and snapped "I'm busy why are you calling me?" We explained what we needed and she dismissed us saying the person who can assist is off and we should come back on Friday. I am shocked that a shop as big as this one only has one person to assist with cellphone/tablet contracts. However I am not too shocked, yesterday I went to the same store to buy a power bank, I asked a lady to help me retrieve it as it was locked onto the shelf. Lady tried once and told me she can't open it, she went on her merry way leaving me desperate for help. Eventually I asked another employee who gladly got the keys and openness for me. So, the staff at Game the Glen shopping centre need to pull up their socks, they will cost the company a lot of customers.
