Shocking Service and bad sales assistant

Good Day, On 7 February 2021 we visited the above mentioned store.We purchased a bicycle without any sales assistance. The sales assistant only arrived once we were already putting the bicycle in the trolley and did not assist us at all.

He arrived at the till when we were paying and entered his sales code, even though he didn't assist. He also gave the lady at the till another code to ring up the sale. We assume this was to apply the special which we were initially unaware of.Whilst we were walking out of the store, we realised that the special (the bicycle) came with a free product (LED Light) which was not provided to us. This was visible on the receipt.

We went back to the till and the lady called the sales assistant and asked about the product. He responded to say he was looking for it.I find this hard to believe, as, had we not raised it, I am not sure what he would have done with the product, once found. He did not have our details and we were walking out of the store already and had completed our purchase.

We waited another while for him to check the store room.He came back and said they did not have it in stock and that he would call us when it arrived and wrote a note on our slip. We, to date (19-02-2021), have not yet received a call or our product.

Problems with above:1. We were not aware of the special at all. This should have been advertised by the product/s in store and the sales assistant should have communicated this to us. 2. Sales assistant did not assist us at all but still captured his code for commission purposes. 3. There is an active special, however, the store does not have equal amounts of both units in stock ?4. We still do not have our free product5. Sales Assistant did not bring the free product to our attention and had we not checked the slip we would have been none the wiser6. What would have happened to the product that was "given to us" but not given to us?7. This type of service is unacceptable

I have attached a copy of the slip. The sales assistants name was Vincent Tauyagae Please can this be addressed and our product given to us.
