Shocking service!!!

Game you are shameful!!!!!!! I went in store to buy an electric s****** for my daughter's birthday. You said it was only available to order online. I ordered it online. Yesterday I chatted with an agent on your website chat portal who said the delivery address was wrong (???). We updated the delivery address. I told the agent that it needed to be delivered before 13h30 today (Friday) as there would be no one home for the rest of the day and the s****** was needed for a birthday present for tomorrow (Saturday). I called the couriers now to find out where they are and they said it's not even scheduled for delivery!!! After asking who was going to make sure the electric s****** got here today, the courier company put the phone down on me. The Game agent from today then told me they spoke to the courier company who said it will be delivered today (not holding my breath) but no time given! I especially arranged yesterday the time because no one will be home this afternoon!! Your service levels are absolutely shocking and I am devastated that my child may not get her birthday present in time!!!!!!!!
