SHOCKING SERVICE

I have purchased a Kelvinator dishwasher on Monday the 30/11/2015 it was said that I would get my dishwasher on the 1/12/2015 we received an sms stating that we will receive a cal from their courier confirming delivery of our order.However no one has contacted us. I then contacted Game in Menlyn Mall on the 1/12/2015 I then spoke to Solly who advised i would receive my machine on the 1/12/2015. Never the less, they gave me the delivery guys number who i had to personally phone and just find out that he does not have the dishwasher with him. I contacted game on even date and spoke to Solly again this time promising me that they will deliver today. However i got given a delivery guys number again Shangerai who advised me that he would deliver before 12 today when i contacted Shangerai again he advised me that he does not have the machine!!! I then contacted Game again this time I spoke to the Store Manager and he advised he will follow up and get back to me its now 30 minutes later and i haven't received a response.For Peet sake people this is just a machine 2B DELIVERED is it that complicated surely it cant be. <br> <br> My CV or reference number is ***<br> contact number ***
