Shocking service!

I am very disappointed by the service from Game Pavilion. I purchased a top loader Whirlpool watching machine from Game Watercrest which has since closed with an extended warranty up to October 2023, it now has a spinning problem so on Monday the 13th Feb I went to the Pavilion Game and saw the gentleman in charge of the extended warranties in washing machine section who took my details and told me he would send me a reference number and that the repair company would contact me. On Tuesday 14th I contacted him again and he told me all sorted I must just wait they will call. Yesterday the 20th I called Game again and was told that he sent me ref number which he did not and still no repairs! He said he would find out what was happening and call back immediately which of course he hasn’t. Today I called Game again and left messages and no one has called back. It is 7 working days and nothing!!!!! No wonder stores are closing down with this kind of service!!! What do I do now?????
