Shocking Service

I have been looking for some gym equipment since the lock-down was extended and there is no access to gyms. This has been virtually impossible. Recently I was able to find a few loose plates but no bars, I fortunately found the bars at another shop. After searching almost every weekend I managed to find some more plates at the Cradlestone Mall branch, there were no prices advertised but figured the cashier would be able to find the product on their system. The cashier didn't check but insisted on getting the price from someone working in the specific department. This individual returned to advise me that the weight plates were not for sale individually as they formed part of a set (bars and plates), so I requested the set but was advised that they had none......very curious, if they have the plates, they should have the bars. I asked how it was possible to have the plates but no bars but they could not answer me, the service from the staff was non-existent, and then to display a product and then tell the customer that they could not make the purchase without a proper explanation was even worse. The only conclusion I can make is that someone at the store had ****** some of the pieces and left some and then to hide it, was to put it on display hoping no one would make the purchase.
