Shocking service

I bought a fridge on the 29th of September to be delivered on the 2nd of October. I booked leave to be home to sign for the delivery and no delivery happened. I called on the day i was told there was a processing error and that the fridge would be delivered the next day. Next day received an sms at 10am that someone will call me for delivery no call happened fridge still not delivered. I get a call Wednesday morning telling me the fridge woild2 be delivered that day. I am at work ask them to deliver the next day which is Thursday i get told no its either today or Saturday after they inconvenienced me no one is apologetic about anything and they being very rude. I ask them to tell ne what time Saturday i get told morning or afternoon. Its 15:41 as i type this message i have called twice with no joy and my fridge is not delivered. I paid cash for this fridge as well as the delivery and my life is being unconvinced by *********** people with no care in the work and no customer service at all. Same thing happened to my mom at the same store. She ended up waiting 3 weeks for a fridge food got spoiled and no one cared. I am appauled by this service i want nothing to do with this store anymore.
