Shocking Service!!!!!

shocking service. purchased a printer online - days past the estimated day of delivery and i have to call to find out where it is. The answer - no stock. I wait a while - still no stock. I then request cancellation and a refund. its been a month and still no refund. emails from them requesting banking details which i reply to, numerous times. follow up again - it was only submitted to head office today and now i must wait up to 10 to 14 days for a refund! Pathetic. Will never purchase from game again.
