Shocking Service

<p>About 2 weeks ago on the Gamestore website they had a special on the Playstation bundle with Fifa 17 for R 5 999.00 for the 1 T and 500 Gig for R 4 499.00. I then visited the branch in Bayside Mall, Tableview, Cape Town and there was no stock. I then drove to Canal Walk and was told it does not include 2 controllers whereby the website only states 2 controller and does not specify 1 controller with teh 500 gig option. I then took this concern to teh manager "Felix" who rather abruptly told me that i am reading the add wrong and showed me the instore pamphlet instead. I have a screan shot confirming my concerns as no where does it state 1 controller. This is not acceptable but am to be expected as if I was white and complained more intensely I would probably have been helped more professionally. I then went to pay at the back in the store and all the tellers where busy. After just rather frustratingly having enough went to pay for it and again had to wait 20 minutes for the collection. This is what we should just accept that the level of service in South Africa regardless of the trade is just poor.</p>
