Shocking PreOrder and Service, Stay Away from Game

I like so many preordered my ps5 on the 18th September, and I have yet to receive my unit that I page for, I get shipping notification a week before launch, they then tell me we sent that out prematurely and then they copy and paste the same 7 day info from there website, I find that highly unacceptable and on top of that many people have received there unit, there dam bosses tell us that 88% have been delivered into the customers hands, the same day and next day, but I don’t get any calls from couriers, I enquire I get the same copy and paste reply..

I was warned never to but from game, but I gave them a chance, looks like they were wright, I might as well ordered from koodoo, takealot at least I would had my console and some better service.

I urge everyone to not take a risk and preorder anything from game, rather go to a proper online store. PATHETIC!
