Shocking non delivery from Game and no respone

I purchased the Samsung TV on special on the 28 Nov 2025. There were many other establishments offering the same deal and my biggest regret is that I did not order with someone more reliable like Hirsch. On Monday 1 Dec, received a notification to say that the order was delayed. Contacted the help desk to be informed there was no stock. I requested they honour this order and explicitly stated on the call that they may NOT cancel. Despite my clear communictaion, straight after the call saw that the order had been cancelled and I was auto refunded. Called again to escalate and to date heard nothing back from Game. I can understand potential out of stock if I had ordered closer to the end of Black Friday but this was right at the start. I am furious as could have received this deal from other companies and if I had been notified shortly after the 28th Nov, would have still had an opportunity to do so. Shocking and will not let this lie.
