Shocking Delivery Service

ordered and paid for front load washing machine with Game Online Shopping. Delivery nightmare!!. Driver called me on cellphone Monday while I was in meeting and I did not answer. As I did not answer the call the Driver did not even bother to go to the located address to deliver where our Complex Security was aware of delivery being made. The driver just returned to Courier and said I was not available to accept delivery. Called Game immediately and advised them of situation. Received response that delivery to be made today. I am still waiting! It is now 13h31. This after I have had to make special arrangements to be available to accept delivery. No response from Courier Company at all regarding the Driver and his complete lack of service delivery. No will never do online shopping with Game again and I suggest that Game gets a better Courier Service for their Clients.
