Shocking Delivery Service

<p>On Thursday 18 Aug 2016 I went into the Game store in fourways to purchase a washing machine. I cannot complain about the service I received from the sales lady (8953) she was very efficient and friendly... my issue now comes in when I was promised delivery the next day been the Friday the 19th between 2 and 6 in which I make sure I am home to receive the delivery which does not arrive. On calling the branch ... a very rude individual answers the phone and proceeds to tell me that she cannot help me and puts the phone down. When calling this morning .... I was then told that the machine will definitely be delivered today between 2 and 6, and again I have stayed home to receive said delivery. Which AGAIN has not happened. I called the store at 16.30 to make sure the machine was indeed on its way to me and was assured that it was. This machine is still not in my possession 2 days later. I have called the store again at 17.50 only to get cut off because no-one in the appliance department is answering the phone, including the manager.I am highly disgusted in the delivery service of game and will cease to shop there for any appliance or any item they supply hereafter. </p>
