Shocking customer services - rather pay more and get it elsewhere

Purchased Hisense washing machine for R4350 cash and had it delivered. First wash the machine leaked water. Called the customer care line and was on hold for 35 minutes and was then told to send photos, serial number and copy of proof of payment and they would contact us to arrange collection. Three days later still no contact, not even an email to confirm receipt of everything. Try calling the call centre again and it is one issue after the other. Can't hear you and put phone down on you, then don't answer. Everytime you have to call back and listed to the same long message and then the most annoying drum beat Shocking service all round
