Shocking Customer Service

<p>I went to Game in Beacon Bay today, while I was in the store they announced the store would be closing in 5 minutes. I could not find the items I was looking for so I asked a staff member for some help and she told me to go ask someone else as it was her time to go home and walked off. I was so shocked at her response, I asked her to call the manager. When I complained to him all he said was he would sort it out and didn't even apologize for they way his staff treated me. I left everything I was going to buy and went to Pick n Pay. This is not the first time I have had a problem with staff at Game, the way your staff treat customers is shocking. I will not go back again.</p>
