SHOCKING!!!

I went to Game after 1st advert appeared on 2nd Dec 2015. I required 2 items viz. The Mainstays 5 Piece luggage set for R120 and the Antarctic storage boxes 3 for R120. I spoke to 5 staff who knew nothing and eventually asked to see a manager. The manager at info said that stocks had not yet arrived! The person who works there is not there but He will take my details and I will be smsd as soon as stocks are on their way. To this day..no call or sms! I then went in a few times..still no stocks. I called on the 7th Dec@10am and spoke to Kumaren Nagan. He said that he would get the manager of that dept to call me ASAP. I expressed my dissatisfaction. I required the luggage set as I am going on holiday end of Jan. He said that the brochures are printed 6 months in advance! So, is this not false Advertising To get customers to come into the store to purchase other unnecessary items knowing full well that there are no stocks of sale items? The same advert appeared again on the 13th Dec! I feel that it is not fair and that the public should be made aware of this. I also asked him if he could give me the Voyager set at the special price as I required a red set urgently..He said no!
