Shocked and disappointed at Little One reversible pram's terrible quality!

<p>I am really disappointed at the quality of this pram! My husband purchased the pram about 2/3 weeks ago from the Game in Kenilworth Centre. We were very excited to use it after purchasing and assembling the pram but to my horror (while pushing my newborn around) the back wheel fell off! Thankfully she never got hurt but it was extremely dangerous! When putting the wheel back on it gave us the illusion of "clicking" in but it kept falling off. So, we returned the pram and received a brand new one. However after assembling the 2nd pram we found that pram's frame is missing a *****! We are fed up with this pram! My husband does not even want to return the pram because he expects the next one to also be problematic. Returning the pram is a major schlep as my husband works difficult hours. You guys really need to double check your products before sending it out to stores. If anyone is considering to purchase this pram, assemble it at the store to save you time and effort of returning it!</p>
