****ty services from Guy called Thulani at the Store

Am very much dissapointed at Game store in Johannesburg CBD. This is the second time I’ve received Bad services from the store. Today I went to buy a stove and when we get there these a guy by name of Thulani who was assisting other customers and he was working alone. We asked if he is working alone and he gave us attitude and told us we must wait like how we do it at the banks . He then after helped in no way when we asked if we can take the stove home he told us that we can’t we either have to collect it at Germiston at their warehouse . As we were about to explain and ask him to check if Jabulani mall has it he just walked away from us and attended other customers , when we told him we not finished he told the other customers that we think we are special .

If this how employers at game operate then this gives game a bad name . Their employees do not have customer services and they do not care about customers and that is bull **** .
