Completely unfriendly and rude staff at the kc branch did a lay bye for a fridge at the customer service desk and the lady is completely *********. Greeted the staff member and she completely ignored me. She then also asssisted other customers without letting me know what she was doing or what did as being processed. Honesty I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THY STORE AGAIN AND GAME SEEIOULSY NEEDS TO START LOOKING INTO THE TYPE OF STAFF THEY EMPLOY
