**** service at game

The service I got from the manager at game at cresta was very poor I had to wait for 45 minutes for a manager to decide if they going to exchange a bag which has a warranty of a yearly and the bag has 2 months, the manager Thato and the cashier Rudzani who Said they don't know their own head office number when I asked for it. Then he said if they take the bag it's going to be their loss and for them quality it's a zip not when it's torn,he continued to say maybe Southgate they will take it, not him,so I sent them an email which I got from the till slip since they couldn't help. They rep**** with a reference number.
