Shameless results

I'm very ashamed to say that, after I have logged a complaint about Game and the bad service I had received it did not make any difference. I collected a broken laptop, and have to get it fixed myself or pay Game R2300 to fix a contract laptop, that the led light that lights up the screen has just decided to shut down. I'm still paying for the laptop and will be paying still but I cannot use the laptop. When I was sold the laptop, I was not explained that the warranty is only for 1 year while my contract is for 2 years.

When the lady from social media called me to find out if I had received a call from the manager to assist me. Like she has been **** to by Game Southgate, I told her No manager called me and I was told to collect my laptop since I do not have R2300 to pay Game to fix it. She froze for a moment and said: Thank you for your feedback, I will make notes. I'm ashamed on behalf on them! Taking advantage of someone that does not know anything about laptops.

If you are reading this review, and you are considering buying any laptop from Game, DO NOT!!! Their services stinks. Acer, Core i5 or whatever the name is. I would not recommend Game, rather check elsewhere.
