Shame on Game HISENSE dept Mall of the North

I would like to shame Game mall of the north HISENSE dept. I've bought a washing machine end of April from them. June it began giving problems not wanting to spin. The call was logged and after lots of fights and few misdiagnosis that was made it was only sorted end of August. Now the washing machine is giving problems again, I've logged an online ticket with Hisense which doesn't even appear, even though I've got the number. I've mailed them and tried phoning but the calls don't go through. I went to Game on 17th Dec met a representative who would assist and call me on Monday of which he didn't do. 20 December I mailed Game and no response as yet. My overall experience is horrible with only one person at Game who actually tried to help but it doesn't seem to be working.
