Shame on Game!!!

I'm totally ashamed of Game stores Southgate. A year and a half ago a purchased a laptop and I am still paying it off! The contract was for 2 years and it was not explained to me that the warranty was only for 1 year. If I had known that I would have taken out insurance to make sure that I would not end up paying for something that has a shorter life span and thay I would not be able to use because it has shut down! When I went to the shop, I was told by the sales manager that, he does not know what happened when I bought the laptop.

All he can do is send the laptop for assessment and hear what they have to say. Fine we did that and they came back and said that I have to pay R2300 to fix the laptop. The laptop have been discontinued in the store, I wonder why?

I had such a run around trying to get this laptop and I use it only for school! There is no personal things on my laptop whatsoever, because I use it only for school! I was not told that the contract is an open line, I literally only discovered that like a month ago on my own.

I'm very disappointed and I will never again purchase something of value at Game ever again! If I could give this review no stars I would, because wow.
