Shame on Game

<p>Today my sis in law and i went to Game Parow centre for the extended black Friday sale. We had to search the entire store for the two for R100 towel sale. We had to look for assistance and even then could not get any proper help from multiple store assistants. The towels were all normal price and we had to figure out on our own which towels were on sale by looking at the size and comparing it to the email adverti*****t I received. A manager asked if we were ok and i only late discovered he was a manager. I said we will go to the check out to see if we have the right towels and all he responded was ok do that! Why ask if we are ok when you don't care. I got to the till and the items were normal price! I had to tell the cashier about the sale and to get a manager to assist her 3 times. The manager showed her what to do at the till and we got the towels at the sale price. I then paid and the cashier did not give my card back to me and only gave me 1 carrier bag when I needed 3! I had to pack the last carrier bag myself as the cashier just did not care at all. I then struggled to push my trolley out as their was a pillar surrounded by baskets. When I asked for the store manager it was the same person who asked if we are ok! All he said was thank you for bringing my complaints under his attention but did not apologize or show any empathy. If I spend my money anywhere I expect to receive decent service and appreciation as I could have chosen to purchase elsewhere! I hope this gets taken seriously because there are too many bad reviews and I've always spoken highly of game and now due to 1 horrible experience I will ensure everyone knows how pathetic game is...!!!!</p>
